Bookfair is a beta platform that helps students buy and sell textbooks within their school community.
By using Bookfair, you agree to the following terms.
Beta service
Bookfair is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time. The service is provided “as is” without guarantees of availability or correctness.
User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Listings and transactions
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
- Bookfair does not own, inspect, or guarantee any listed items.
- Bookfair does not facilitate payments or transfers at this time.
- Any exchange of books happens directly between users.
Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Post stolen, illegal, or misleading items
- Harass or abuse other users
- Attempt to exploit or disrupt the service
Limitation of liability
Bookfair is not responsible for lost items, failed exchanges, disputes between users, or damages resulting from use of the platform.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
